Name: Roseanna Roach
Position: Bus Driver
Previous Experience: Rosie has been training with us since late last year and passed her test in early summer. Prior to training with us, she worked in retail.
Hobbies: Spending time with family, fishing, camping
Favorite School Memory: The bus driver is the first and last District employee that many students see each day, she remembers having the nicest bus driver.

Position: 8th Grade and MHS Choir Director
Previous Experience: Sam joins us from Streetsboro where he was previously in the role of choir director. He is a University of Mount Union graduate where he studied under retired MES music teacher Amy Haines.
Hobbies: Singing, Playing Piano, Theatre, Exercising, Spending Quality Time with Family and Friends
Favorite School Memory: “My favorite school memories are making music with my friends in the choirs, bands, and performing in the high school theatre productions.”

Name: Maysie Rogers
Position: Intervention Specialist
Previous Experience: Maysie joins us from a neighboring District where she recently completed a year in a similar position, but at the elementary level.
Hobbies: Spending time with family, friends, and playing on a co-ed soccer team.
Favorite School Memory: “One of my favorite school memories isn’t from when I was a student, it’s from being on the other side. As a coach and special education teacher, watching students grow in confidence, overcome challenges, and accomplish goals they once thought were impossible has been incredibly rewarding. Whether it was celebrating a last second win on the court, seeing a student master a new skill, or watching them smile because they finally believed in themselves, those moments remind me why I chose this profession. The relationships I’ve built with my students, athletes, and fellow educators will always be my favorite part of being in school.”
Most Looking Forward To This Year: “I am looking forward to building relationships with students and staff, coaching basketball, and officially becoming a Minerva Lion!”

Name: Lily Miller
Position: Intervention Specialist
Previous Experience: A Minerva HIgh School graduate, Lily was previously in the same position at Glenoak High School.
Hobbies: Spending time with family especially with her newborn Bo. She enjoys the outdoors while hiking/walking her dog Lucy, traveling, and going on new adventures, car and ranger rides, dancing, puzzles and coloring.
Favorite School Memory: “Hanging with friends, cheering at football and basketball games, competing on the jazz and hip hop dance teams, attending all dances from prom to after football games on Friday nights, art and yearbook class, and being a peer volunteer for the Exceptional Olympics.”
Most Looking Forward To This Year: “Being back in my hometown closer to my family! I love teaching daily living and vocational skills needed to promote success at home, in the community, and across all other settings. My goal this year is to instill as much independence as I can - it is important to me, and my passion, to create a positive learning environment and provide interactive and hands-on activities so that my students can grow and thrive out in the real-world. I truly enjoy inspiring learning within my students!”

Name: Megan James
Position: Educational Aide
Previous Experience: Megan has well rounded experience coming to us most recently from a paraprofessional role at a neighboring school district. She spent several years as a medical assistant and even has experience as a bank teller!
Hobbies: Megan enjoys caring for their families’ horses and goats, fishing, swimming, and camping.
Favorite School Memory: “My favorite memory from school isn’t one from when I was in school but one from my first year in education. It’s not just one specific moment—it’s the entire last school year. It was my first year in education and my first year working in special education, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. I had the most incredible team of girls to work with, who have now become some of my best friends. I also had the privilege of meeting some amazing kids who will forever hold a special place in my heart. It was a year I’ll never forget.”
Most Looking Forward To This Year: “I’m most looking forward to meeting my new coworkers and getting to know all of the students. I can’t wait to build relationships with my new little friends and watch their growth and progress from the beginning of the school year to the very end. Seeing them learn, gain confidence, and reach new milestones is something I’m truly excited to be a part of.”

Previous Experience: After graduating from Walsh University in 2025, Cloee worked as a substitute teacher for North Canton City Schools.
Hobbies: Cloee enjoys spending time with her family and friends, volunteering and being involved with her church, and spending time in nature.
Favorite School Memory: “My favorite school memory was being involved in a variety of clubs throughout high school. I loved meeting new people, building friendships, and participating in so many different activities. Those experiences helped me grow, create lasting memories, and strengthened my love of school and learning.”
Most Looking Forward To This Year: “I am most looking forward to building meaningful relationships with students, families, and my fellow staff members while meeting students where they are, encouraging them to grow, and helping them develop a lifelong love of learning.”

Previous Experience: The graduate of Muskingum University graduated last winter and is excited to begin her first teaching role as a Lion!
Hobbies: Katie loves spring time with her fiance, family, and friends. She also enjoys reading, going fishing, diamond painting, and spending time with their three dogs.
Favorite School Memory: “One of my favorite school memories was being in color guard all four years of high school. It taught me what teamwork and dedication was. Also, being in Big Brothers Big Sisters considering that is what inspired me to become a teacher myself!”
Most Looking Forward To This Year: “I am most looking forward to getting to meet my students and helping them learn and grow in their own ways. I am also looking forward to meeting the wonderful staff and become a part of the school community. I am ready for a school year filled with growth, teamwork, and making meaningful connections!”

Name: Nathan Frascone
Position: Director of Technology
Previous Experience: A Walsh University graduate, he majored in Computer Science-Cybersecurity. Nathan completed his internship through SPARCC, our area ITC last year and has been with us since early Spring 26’. We will share him with Brown Local this school year.
Hobbies: Nate enjoys working with new technology platforms, sports, and the outdoors.
Favorite School Memory: Having teachers who made learning enjoyable, challenged me to think beyond the classroom, and to pursue my interests.
Most Looking Forward To This Year: Mr. Frascone is looking forward to supporting education through technology, and helping teachers and students make the most of the tools available.
